Volume is the meter, not headcount
SendCanyon prices the mail you send. Adding a teammate changes who can log in, not what you pay.

SendCanyon rows come from our own product documentation. Competitor rows are compiled from each vendor’s public material and change often — read a plan page before you buy. Tell us about anything that looks wrong and we will correct it.
Three rows above change how the work feels day to day. These are the ones people mention back.
01
SendCanyon prices the mail you send. Adding a teammate changes who can log in, not what you pay.
From the table: Priced on sending volume rather than per seat
02
Pacing and rotation are enforced by the sender itself. When a mailbox falls out of its thresholds, SendCanyon takes it out of rotation that day instead of waiting for you to notice.
From the table: Sender pulled automatically the day it stops qualifying
03
Authentication, warmup history and mailbox health are checked at launch. Launching on a domain that is still warming needs an explicit acknowledgement first.

SendCanyon is a narrow product. Here is where that narrowness is a real cost to you, in our own words, so you do not find out in week three.
01
SendCanyon does not ship a lead database. You bring contacts from your CRM, an enrichment vendor or a CSV. If a single bill covering both the list and the sending matters more than anything else, a suite with a bundled database is the simpler purchase.
Tools that bundle a lead database
02
SendCanyon sequences email. It does not run LinkedIn steps or dial anyone. If a single cadence has to move between channels without leaving the tool, a multichannel product is the right shape and we are not it.
Multichannel sequencers
03
SendCanyon sends from infrastructure you own and does not resell domains or pre-warmed inboxes. If you would rather buy the sending estate and the software together on one invoice, a vendor that sells both will get you sending sooner.
Vendors that also sell sending infrastructure
04
Pacing rules, rotation and enforced warmup are built for a sending estate with real volume across it. At a dozen mails a day from one mailbox, most of that machinery is overhead you are paying to ignore.
A lighter, cheaper sequencer
If two or three of those describe your outbound, buy the other thing. We would rather lose the signup than the month.
The useful comparison is the one you can see in your own workflow.
