Free BIMI Record Generator.
Create your BIMI TXT record, then check your logo, DMARC policy and certificate against live DNS before you publish.
AI-powered. AI explains your result in plain English, plans the order of fixes and writes fixes for your exact logo file; the checker decides every result.
Your BIMI Record
Enter your domain and your logo's HTTPS address, and the record appears here as you type.
How it works
From Logo To Published Record
Three steps, each checked against the published rules.
- 01
Add Your Domain And Logo
Enter your domain and the HTTPS address of your SVG logo, or upload or paste the file. The record builds as you type.
- 02
Check Everything It Depends On
We read your DMARC policy and any BIMI record you publish now, test the logo against SVG Tiny PS and verify your mark certificate.
- 03
Fix And Publish
Download a safely fixed logo when one can be made, then add one TXT record at default._bimi on your domain.
What we check
Every Part A Mailbox Provider Reads
Rules come from the BIMI draft, the SVG Tiny PS profile, RFC 9989 and Gmail's own BIMI pages.
The Record
One record at the right host, with v=BIMI1 first and HTTPS addresses.
- Selector and parent-domain lookup
- Duplicate records
- Declined records
- What your new record changes
DMARC
BIMI only applies to mail that passes an enforced DMARC policy.
- quarantine or reject
- pct and t=y testing
- sp=none on subdomains
- Your domain and its parent
The Logo
The SVG Tiny PS schema of allowed elements, attributes and values.
- version 1.2 and tiny-ps
- Title first, no scripts or images
- Square, 96 pixels, 32 KB
- Colours on a real render
The Certificate
A VMC or CMC, verified against the mark certificate roots.
- Trusted and in date
- Your domain on it
- Its logo matches your file
- Trademark details

Plain-English Fixes, Checked By The Validator
Every pass and fail comes from the checker. SpirenAI, SendCanyon's AI, only explains the result, orders the work from DMARC to logo to certificate and writes fixes for the rules your file breaks. Anything it says that the result cannot back is dropped.
- Explains what stands between your domain and a logo
- Plans the fixes in order: DMARC, logo, certificate, record
- Writes fixes for your exact SVG, using its own details
- Never decides a result or offers a file the validator rejects
BIMI Record Questions
What BIMI needs, how to publish it, and why a logo might not show.
A BIMI record is a DNS TXT record that tells mailbox providers where your brand logo is hosted, and optionally where your mark certificate is. It lives at default._bimi.yourdomain.com and reads v=BIMI1; l= followed by the logo address and a= followed by the certificate address. Providers that support BIMI can show the logo next to your messages, but only for mail that passes DMARC on a domain with an enforced policy.
BIMI Starts With DMARC.
SendCanyon checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain before a campaign leaves, and re-checks them every six hours.
